‘Making That Call For Decades’: US Appears To Link Pakistan To Terror Support Post-Pahalgam

The United States on Friday reaffirmed its long-held stance on Pakistan’s support for terrorist groups in the wake of the Pahalgam terror attack in Kashmir.

When asked whether Washington shares India’s view on Pakistan backing terror outfits, a US State Department spokesperson said, “Well obviously that’s the call we’ve been making for decades, and clearly what happened in Kashmir was awful".

      The comments from the US State Department come in the backdrop of Pakistani military aggression as they target Indian cities after India struck terror hubs in overnight airstrikes in the early hours of Wednesday.

      Pakistan sent drones, UAVs and missiles on several locations in Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan and violated the ceasefire across the international border and the Line of Control (LoC) despite receiving befitting reply from Indian forces.
